Construction Draw Process

For renovation or new construction loans, funds allocated to the project are released in stages as progress is completed. Each draw is disbursed to the borrower’s designated account once required milestones and documentation have been satisfied.

Draw requests are submitted through the servicing portal. Once submitted, the review process begins, including documentation review and inspection ordering to verify completed work. Lien releases from contractors may be required with each draw to help mitigate the risk of future liens.

Permits, plans and inspections

Updated scope of work (if applicable)

Lien releases (as required)

Inspections are typically completed within a few business days. Most draws are funded within 3–4 business days from submission, depending on inspection timing and completeness of documentation.
